At the initiative of the Federation of Jewish Communities in Romania, a roundtable discussion on traditional Jewish texts took place in Târgu Mureș (as well as in other communities across the country) as part of the "KESHET = RAINBOW" event, because "as a people, we express our identity through our connection to the written word". In this context, brief presentations were made on the Torah (by Prof. Diamantstein Gh), the "Song of Songs", and the book of "Ecclesiastes" (by Dr. Dub Vasile, president of the Târgu Mureș community). These speeches were followed by discussions on these topics among community members. The continuation of these discussions took place around a table set up in the synagogue courtyard. Simona Grün, Dezideriu Rosenberg, and Albert Nagy played a special role in preparing this and cooking the "kosher" dishes.
