Just like last year, this year too, on the initiative of the Federation of Jewish Communities in Romania, a roundtable discussion was held in Târgu Mureș (as well as in other communities across the country) as part of the "KESHET = RAINBOW" initiative, we held a roundtable discussion on traditional Jewish texts, because "as a people, we express our identity through our connection to the written word." (I am quoting last year's text). The theme for 2025 was "The Power of Words." This time, the speakers were Judith Heimann (gallery photo 1) on "The Power of Words in Judaism" and László Dub, president of the Jewish community (gallery photo 2) on "The Power of Words in the Psalms." The words had power... as they were followed by comments, questions, and informal discussions. !
